Information we collect
When you subscribe or request resource access, we collect your email address, form source, and subscription status needed to deliver the newsletter and unlock subscriber resources. We may ask for optional role or interest information after signup to improve what we send.
Our hosting provider may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser information, requested page, timestamps, and security logs. If you join the community, WhatsApp processes the information associated with your WhatsApp account under its own terms.

Cookies and access
After subscriber verification, the site stores a signed, HTTP-only access cookie for up to 30 days. The token contains an irreversible email fingerprint and an expiration time. It does not contain your raw email address.
We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising practices materially change, this notice will be updated before those changes are introduced.

Service providers
Beehiiv manages newsletter subscriptions and email delivery. Sanity stores and delivers published editorial content. Our hosting provider runs the public website and its security infrastructure. WhatsApp hosts the optional community.
These providers process information under their own terms and may operate in countries different from your own.

Retention and choices
Newsletter records are retained until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or the records are no longer needed for legitimate publication operations. Access cookies expire after 30 days. Provider security logs follow the provider's retention practices.
You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. You can also clear the access cookie through your browser. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@engineergtm.com.

Legal basis and safety
Where applicable, we process subscription information with your consent, fulfill the service you requested, and pursue legitimate interests such as site security and publication improvement. You may withdraw consent by unsubscribing.
engineerGTM is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
