Disclosure / Trust before revenue

Money does not choose the winner.

engineerGTM may earn revenue from affiliates and sponsors. Those relationships do not determine editorial conclusions or rankings.

01

Affiliate links

Some links may earn engineerGTM a commission when a reader signs up or buys. The reader should not pay more because of that relationship. A clear disclosure will appear close to any monetized recommendation.

02

Independent rankings

Evaluation criteria are defined before commission terms are considered. A higher payout cannot move a product up. A strong non-affiliate option will not be hidden because it produces no revenue.

Recommendations are made by workflow and use case. There may be no universal winner.

03

Testing and product access

Reviews will state whether a product was tested, which plan and date were used, the test scenario, and important limitations. Free accounts, credits, demos, gifts, or travel provided by a vendor will be disclosed when relevant to the reader's judgment.

04

Sponsorships

Paid placements will be labeled clearly. Sponsors may review their own factual product details, but they do not receive approval over independent editorial conclusions. Sponsored content will not be disguised as an independent tool ranking.

05

Corrections and conflicts

Material conflicts should be disclosed in the article where they matter. Vendors and readers can submit factual corrections to hello@engineergtm.com. Evidence-based corrections are welcome; commercial pressure is not a reason to change a conclusion.
